My favorite is our Hummer which is Kahlua and Bacardi Rum mixed with Henrys homemade vanilla ice cream with a chocolate swirl, topped with whipped cream and a cherry. We also sell Wine, Liquor and some Canadian beer, you can also have a drink and dessert at the same time with one of our adult milkshakes. On September of 2015 the Maple Leaf Diner was born, and immediately filled the much needed void for some home cooking. We decided to bring a little Canadian cuisine and mix it with little bit of the south. Michael convinced Debra his aunt, who just happens to be a Red Seal Chef to move to Dallas and open a restaurant with him. Michael moved to Dallas in 2007 on a different adventure, and noticed a need for some good home cooking. We are from Canada, and our family started in the restaurant business in 1967.
